The pandemic forced us to adopt WFH culture due to obvious reasons.
Initially, people (including me) asserted they missed the office vibes. Working in cubicles, attending meetings in conference rooms, hanging out with colleagues at the food court, etc.
However, willingly or unwillingly, we have stayed in the comfort of home for too long. Our routine and working style has got accustomed to this.
So today’s question is this:
Eventually, when things get back to normal, will you prefer going to the office, or want to continue with WFH?
Or perhaps you are looking for a hybrid system to supports both WFH and in-office options.
hybrid, but It should be team-specific I believe. Or else it might affect the productivity
I feel a hybrid system that suits both the company and the employee is an ideal solution.
